Located about 15k South East of Blackbutt along a dirt road via Benarkin Forest Drive is Clancys campground that is well grassed, shaded, level and sloping and is situated beside Emu Creek. There is a bush walk along the creek edge to Emu Creek campground approx 2k further along the road. Both these camping grounds have septic toilets and tap water that is not suitable for drinking but suitable for showering. Unfortunately, due to it some bureaucrat in a city office who has never left a desk, campers are required to register prior to camping by phoning or by email. I have pointed out to Queensland Parks that there is no phone or internet coverage and await their reply. A great place to spend some time and we recommend both these sites. Clancys Campground
